Chef Nicolas Blondeau works every day to prepare dishes featuring fresh produce made in the finest Italian tradition. Even the pasta is made onsite in a dedicated workshop. When the weather is nice, the restaurant looks out onto a large terrace that seats 40 people. Hôtel ParkEst also has a bar where you can unwind after a day of work.
